Who do I contact if I have a donation or party idea?
Please fill out the Donation Form here, or contact Laurie Amador at laurieellan@gmail.com.
What is a Hosted Party?
A hosted party can range from elaborate themes to simpler gatherings. Some fun ideas for hosted parties include dads' soccer games, moms' hikes, hosted decade-themed gatherings, mimosa brunches, poker tournaments, workout classes, progressive dinners, karaoke nights, and more. The possibilities are endless, and parties can be tailored for adults, kids, families, or any combination thereof.
Please note, as a host, you should NOT sign up for your party during the auction as we assume you’ll be there. The parent party team will reach out to ensure your date doesn’t overlap with other competing events and help you set an admission price. That admission price will be paid by your guests and go directly to Walnut Creek Soccer Club as part of the fundraiser. The pricing may vary depending on the scope of the party. You as the party host will cover all cost.
My business would like to donate to the auction. What should I do?

Do I have to go to the Auction to participate in the online auction?
No, you do not have to attend the auction to participate in the online bidding for the many wonderful packages.
What is Fund-A-Need?
Fund-A-Need is a great way to participate in the auction while giving back to the club. This is a fun way to raise your paddle at the dollar amount you would like to donate. Funds raised during Fund-A-Need will go towards the field improvement plan. WCSC, along with the City of Walnut Creek, will be installing turf fields at Heather Farm Park 1 and 2, along with Tice. Please click here to learn more about the Field Improvement Plan.
What is the difference between a Table Ticket and a General Admission Ticket?
- General Admission Ticket: Grants individual access to the auction and high-top tables but does not include an assigned table.
- Reserved Outdoors Table: Reserves a table for six people in the outdoor cocktail space. One person from the group will purchase the table and include the names of all six people at checkout.
- Reserved Inside Table: Reserves a table for six people indoors near the speaker and dance floor. One person from the group will purchase the table and include the names of all six people at checkout when purchasing their tickets.
I can’t attend the Goal Gala at the Garden, but I still want to contribute.
