• 6:00 – 6:30 PM: Check-In, Silent Auction, Appetizers & Drinks on the Terrace
  Guests arrive, grab a drink, enjoy small bites, and start browsing the silent auction while soaking in the view.
  
  
• 6:30 – 7:00 PM: Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser
  Step outside and look to the skies! A helicopter will drop the golf balls over the course—see if yours lands closest to the pin!
  
  
• 7:00 – 7:15 PM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
  Guests take their seats at assigned tables for a warm welcome.
  
  
• 7:15 – 8:15 PM: Dinner Service
  Enjoy a delicious seated dinner with your fellow soccer families and supporters.
  
  
• 8:15 – 8:45 PM: Raise Your Paddle – Fund-A-Need
  Support future field improvements and programs with a lively paddle raise.
  
  
• 8:45 – 9:00 PM: Heads or Tails Game & Raffle Winner Announcements
  Get ready for a little friendly competition and find out who takes home the raffle prizes!
  
  
• 9:00 PM: Silent Auction Closes
  Make sure your final bids are in by 9:00 sharp!
  
  
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM: Dancing
  Kick off your boots and hit the dance floor to celebrate a successful night!

• 10:00 PM: Event Ends
