7:00 – 7:15 PM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
Guests take their seats at assigned tables for a warm welcome.
7:15 – 8:15 PM: Dinner Service

8:15 – 8:45 PM: Raise Your Paddle – Fund-A-Need
Support future field improvements and programs with a lively paddle raise.
8:45 – 9:00 PM: Heads or Tails Game & Raffle Winner Announcements

9:00 PM: Silent Auction Closes
