What is the dress code?
Feel free to dress in your country best or come business casual.
Do I need to be part of Walnut Creek Soccer Club to attend?
No! The event is open to everyone—friends, family, community members, and supporters are all welcome.
Can kids attend the event?
No. The Parent Banquet is an adults-only event.
Will dinner be served?
Yes! A delicious, seated buffet dinner will be provided, featuring:
BBQ Chicken
Tri-Tip
Green Salad
Baked Beans
Mac and Cheese
What is the Silent Auction?
The Silent Auction will be held the night of the event from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
It will feature a variety of exciting packages available for bidding.
What is the Golf Ball Drop?
The Golf Ball Drop is one of the night’s most exciting moments!

Over the summer, families had the chance to sell golf balls, each assigned to a buyer’s name.

A helicopter will fly over Oakhurst Country Club and drop all of the sold golf balls onto the course.

The balls that land closest to the pin will win amazing prizes!
What is Fund-A-Need?
Fund-A-Need is a special opportunity during the event where you can raise your paddle to donate directly to the club.

Funds will support the installation of turf fields at Heather Farm Park (Fields 1 & 2) and Tice Valley Park.

Will I have a table at the Parent Banquet?
Yes! Every guest will have assigned seating at a table. We’ll do our best to seat friends together, but to guarantee you’re seated with your group, we recommend purchasing a VIP Table.
What is a VIP Table?
A VIP Table seats 10 guests and includes:
Please note: Each guest must still purchase an individual admission ticket in addition to the VIP Table purchase. You’ll be asked to submit your guest list when purchasing.
